ATTEND THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Every November we host a conference bringing promoters, team directors, and USA Cycling together for two days of sessions designed to strengthen and grow cycling. 

The location of the conference changes each year with one of our members  hosting in their event location. Since beginning the conference we have been to: 

• Southern California
• Tucson, Arizona
• Fayetteville, Arkansas
• Washington, DC

The 2025 conference will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, home of Tour of America's Dairyland.  Attending in person will give you the most value as the face to face conversations, meals shared, and local outing allow you to forge deeper relationships and understanding.  However we understand life doesn't always permit attending in person so we're offering a virtual option to attend as well.

Thursday November 20th

8:30am- 4:00pm CST

Lead by NAPRD members with topics including:

• Revenue streams beyond sponsorship and registration fees
•  Metrics of success- what data to gather and how to use
• Creating effective build and production guides
• Staff and volunteer recruitment and management
• Use of Ai in event planning
• Increasing local engagement

Following the sessions Thursday all in person attendees are invited to our annual dinner and NAPY awards, presented by Brad Sohner, where we celebrate  and highlight events with special achievements. 

Friday November 21st

8:30am- 3:30pm CST

Lead by USA Cycling and team directors with topics including:

• Risk Management
• National Championships
• Sponsorship models for teams
• Leverage social media for brand building
• Collaboration success stories between teams, promoters, and sponsors 
• Benefits of clubs/teams putting on events

In-person Attendance- $175 (includes lunch both days and dinner on Thursday)

Virtual Attendance  - $100

Per Day Attendance- $60/day
