ATTEND THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Every November we host a conference bringing promoters, team directors, and USA Cycling together for two days of sessions designed to strengthen and grow cycling. 

The location of the conference changes each year with one of our members  hosting in their event location. Since beginning the conference we have been to: 

• 2025 Milwaukee, Wisconsin
• 2024 Fayetteville, Arkansas
• 2023 Washington, DC
• 2022 Tucson, Arizona
• 2021 Southern California

Dates for the 2026 conference to be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma home of Saint Francis Tulsa Tough coming soon!
